Placing An Order

You will need to provide a valid Credit Card Number, Delivery address, Postal Code and Contact Phone number and any notes or personal message that you would like to include when you place an order, however for security reasons we do not store your credit card details and you will need to enter these each time you place an order. Credit card charges apply. You will need to opt for Collection or Delivery. Courier charges will be added to have your ordered item delivered.

When you opt for Collection of your order,  please let us know in the box provided at Check-Out on what date and at what time you would like your order to be ready for Collection from the Hotel’s Reception Desk.

Shipping

Order before 12 midnight on any given day for Shipping the next day,  Estimated Delivery 3 to 5 working days

When ordering an item that needs to be sent to a different address to yours, please ensure to include Delivery Address, Name and Mobile Number of Receivee, Postal Code and any personal message that you would like to include,.

Refunds

Once orders have been processed online, no refunds can be given.

Returns

If an ordered item needs to be returned due to any product fault or damage, the customer must contact us directly and all Returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping, tracking and delivery of all items are all carried out by our appointed courier service Fastway.
